Padme also adores spending time outdoors. Whether it’s a good play in the fields or heading out for a walk, she’s always keen to explore. As she’s still a young pup finding her paws in the big wide world, she sometimes looks back for reassurance — but with patience and gentle encouragement, her confidence continues to grow every day.

She’s also still learning about home life. At first, Padme can be a little nervous when coming into our comfy area, but once she settles, she loves hopping up on the sofa and staying close to her handler for comfort and cuddles.

Her training is coming along nicely too — she’s nearly mastered “sit” and is eager to keep learning.

Padme is really good with other dogs, and a canine companion in her new home may help boost her confidence even more. She hasn’t been around cats before and, as a bouncy pup, she may be a little too much for them — but with slow and steady introductions, it could work if there’s already a cat in the home. When it comes to children, Padme would be best suited to a family with older kids, as she can sometimes be a bit giddy in her play.

I’m a 1 year and 2 month old Akita, and I’m basically a big bundle of love and energy! I’m a beautiful, affectionate girl who throws my whole heart into everything I do — whether that’s heading out on an adventure, having a playful zoom around, or leaning right into you for fuss and cuddles.

I absolutely adore my people and thrive on being close to them. Even though I’m growing up fast, I’m still a big baby at heart. I’ve got so much potential, but I’ll need a home that’s ready to continue my training and gently guide me as I mature. With patience, consistency, and lots of love, I promise I’m going to grow into a truly fabulous companion.

In my previous home, I found it hard adjusting to living with another dog. Sharing my home space just isn’t something I’m comfortable with. When I’m out and about though, I’m lovely with other dogs — I’m happy to say hello and even enjoy a little play! I’d much prefer to be the only pet in the home, where I can fully relax, feel secure, and soak up all the love and attention for myself.

I’ve never lived with children before, but I could suit a home with older children (10+) who understand that I’m a big, bouncy girl with lots of enthusiasm for life. I truly love being around people and being part of whatever’s going on.

I’m a lively and spirited junior Akita pup, around 6 months old, filled to the brim with potential. I’m seeking a home where my greatness can shine through and where experienced hands can guide me along the way. If you’re familiar with young and large breeds like Akitas, you might just be the perfect match for me!

At my age, I haven’t had much training yet, but don’t worry—I’m eager to learn and grow with the right guidance. I need someone who understands the needs and temperament of Akita dogs or similar breeds. Ideally I would be looking for a home where someone is around for most of the day.

Toilet training and other aspects of puppy education will be part of our adventure, so my new owners must be patient and committed. They should be ready to invest time and effort into my development. I know I am a great dog deep down, I just need the help to get there!

Living with teenagers and older, who can help with my care and training wouldn’t be a problem. However, my enthusiastic nature might accidentally overwhelm smaller children. So, while I’m boisterous and jumpy, I’ll need to be around people who understand when I need my space.
