SuperDraw Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the Rain Rescue Summer Superdraw 2025.

Terms and Conditions:
- Tickets must not be sold to, bought by, or purchased on behalf of anyone under 18 years of age. Any tickets purchased by or for someone under 18 will be removed from the draw.
- The raffle is open to residents of mainland Great Britain only (excluding Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands).
- Participation costs £1 per ticket. A maximum of 100 tickets (£100) can be purchased per draw.
- Tickets can be purchased by cheque (payable to Rain Rescue), debit card, or cash. Credit card payments are not accepted.
- Rain Rescue is not responsible for lost, damaged, illegible tickets, or tickets where the winner cannot be identified. We also take no responsibility for tickets or payments lost, delayed, or damaged in the post.
- Any raffle monies received after the closing date of Monday 22nd September 2025 will be treated as a donation to Rain Rescue.
- Rain Rescue cannot claim Gift Aid on raffle ticket purchases, but Gift Aid can be claimed on donations.
The Draw:
- Postal entries close on Monday 22nd September 2025.
- In person entries will close on Monday 29th September 2025.
- Winners will be drawn randomly by a physical draw on Tuesday 30th September 2025 from all valid entries received by the closing date.
- There are eleven prizes in total:
- First prize: £1,000 cash
- Second to eleventh prizes: Non-monetary items of varying value (these cannot be exchanged for cash).
- The first ticket drawn wins the first prize, the second ticket wins the second prize, and so on.
- Winners will be notified by telephone or in writing within two weeks of the draw date, using the contact details provided at entry. If contact cannot be made, the prize will be held until the next Superdraw. If still unclaimed at that point, the prize may be returned to the raffle fund to support Rain Rescue’s work with dogs and cats in need.
- Cash prizes will be paid by cheque or bank transfer once contact has been made.

Privacy
We do not retain personal information recorded on raffle ticket stubs. Information will only be used by Rain Rescue if you hold a winning ticket. All ticket stubs will be destroyed after the draw, in accordance with Data Protection regulations.
