Here you’ll meet the dogs and cats who’ve been waiting far too long for someone to notice them. Often overlooked while others find homes, these animals have spent weeks – sometimes months – in our care, watching and hoping it will one day be their turn.
We’ve chosen them for the Rescue Spotlight to give them the attention they deserve, to share their charm, their personalities, and their stories with you. By opening your heart and home, you could be the one to finally give them the second chance they’ve been waiting for.

Humbug and Lupin
Hi there! We’re a few independent kitties looking for a special kind of home — somewhere with space to roam, explore, and just be ourselves. A cosy barn, stable, or smallholding would be purrfect!
We’re not the cuddly, sit-on-your-lap kind of cats (we prefer to keep our distance and do our own thing), but we’ll happily help keep your place pest-free in return for food, shelter, and a safe space to call our own.
All we ask for is:
A warm, dry shelter like a barn, stable, or outbuilding Regular meals and fresh water Someone kind to keep an eye on us and make sure we’re safe
We may be shy and prefer not to be handled, but we’re full of character and love living life our own way. Over time, some of us might even get brave enough to come a little closer for treats!
If you have a farm, yard, or secure outdoor space and can offer a safe home for one (or a pair) of us, we’d love to join your team.
