What to Expect Next

We operate a waiting list, so we kindly ask that you contact us as early as possible. The time it takes to secure a rescue space can vary depending on the urgency of need and the availability at our centre.

While we can’t always give an exact date, please be assured that every request is handled with care and attention, and we aim to rehome each animal as quickly and safely as possible.

Please Don’t Abandon Your Pet!

We understand that life can be challenging, and sometimes you may feel like you have no other option. But abandoning your pet can be extremely dangerous and leaves their future uncertain.

At Rain Rescue, we have many ways we can help, so please contact us to discuss the options available. Leaving a pet without support also means they may enter a rescue with no history, making it even harder for them to find a loving home.

Our Home to Home Services

At Rain Rescue, we understand that life can change in the blink of an eye. Many pet owners across the UK face the difficult decision to rehome their pets due to personal circumstances, housing issues, financial struggles, or health challenges.

We know how hard it is to part with a beloved pet, and we believe no pet should have to wait in limbo for help.

That’s why we offer our Home to Home scheme – a compassionate and practical alternative to traditional rehoming. Instead of your pet staying in a rescue environment while waiting for a new home, they can remain with you in the comfort of their familiar surroundings until we find them their perfect match.
