Hi, I’m Buster! 🐾

I’m a 2 year 4 month old French Bulldog, and if you’re looking for a dog who will keep a smile on your face, then I might just be your perfect match!

I’ve got a big personality packed into my little body, and the kennel team are always laughing when I’m around. Life is just one big adventure to me, and I love making the most of every moment.

When I get excited or I’m in a playful mood, I have a funny habit of bouncing up into the air like I’ve got springs in my legs! It’s one of my favourite ways to show everyone just how happy I am. If that wasn’t entertaining enough, I also love doing my famous army crawl when I’m out in the field. The kennel team never know whether to laugh or cheer me on as I wriggle my way across the grass!

Now, I should probably be honest and tell you that I do have a slightly grumpy side too. I can take a minute to warm up to new people and like to decide for myself who my friends are. But once you’ve earned a place in my good books, you’ll have a best friend for life. I absolutely adore the people I know and trust.

I’m also quite fond of being a little grump when I’m out on walks. I like to have a bark at people and dogs that I see – silly, I know! The kennel team always laugh because I like to act tough, but really I’m just a character with lots of opinions that I feel the need to share with the world. I have lived with other dogs before, but the kennel team still need to do some dog introductions with me to see what sort of canine friends I might like in the future. They’ll update my profile once they’ve learnt a bit more about me and my preferences. Cats are a no from me, I’m afraid, so I’d need a cat-free home.

When it comes to children, I’d be best suited to a home with older teenagers aged 16+ who can understand that, although I’m a funny and affectionate boy, I can have my grumpy moments and appreciate people respecting my space when I need it.

Despite my grumbly moments, I’m a fun-loving boy who enjoys attention and spending time with my favourite humans. Whether we’re playing games, exploring the field, or just hanging out together, I’m happiest when I’m involved in whatever is going on.
