Hello,
my name is Tiger, and I’m a sweet, soft-hearted boy who’s been through a bit of a tough time lately. I found myself here at Rain after my beloved human became unwell and could no longer care for me. It’s been a big change, but I’m staying hopeful that there’s a kind and understanding family out there ready to give me a fresh start.
I can be a little shy when I first meet new people, but please don’t let that put you off. Once I get to know you, I really open up and love fuss and affection. One of my favourite things is rolling around on the floor and showing off my big, fluffy belly (it’s my best feature, if I do say so myself!).
I also go absolutely wild for catnip—it’s the quickest way to win me over. ( see my video below!)
I’m looking for a calm and quiet home, where I can be a little independent but still enjoy the company of my favourite humans. I’ve never lived with other cats or dogs, and I think I’d prefer to keep it that way—peace and quiet suit me just fine. I could live with children as long as they’re gentle and understand that I’ll need time and space to adjust to my new life.
Once I’ve settled in and found my confidence, I’d really love to have access to the outdoors. There’s nothing better than a bit of fresh air and a sunbeam to nap in.
