Hello, I’m Toffee! š
I haven’t had the easiest start to life. I was sadly dumped and left to fend for myself, but thankfully I’ve now been rescued and given a second chance. I’m ready to find a special someone who will show me just how wonderful a loving home can be.
I’m a very sweet girl, but I can be a little jumpy at times. The big, wide world can still feel a bit scary, so I’m looking for a patient, understanding home where I can take things at my own pace. I’ll need lots of time, kindness and reassurance to settle in and learn that life can be safe, happy and full of love. I promise, with a little patience, I’ll get there. ā¤ļø
Once I start to feel comfortable, you’ll discover my playful side! I love to play, enjoy a good game with my toys, and I’m a big fan of catnip. I also have the sweetest little chirps to share with you ā I do love having a little chat!
I may be happy sharing my home with another confident, friendly cat who could help show me the ropes and give me a little confidence. However, I wouldn’t be suited to living with dogs. If there are children in the home, older, sensible children who understand that I need my own space and time would be best.
I think I may be happiest as an indoor girly to begin with, where I can feel safe and secure. Once I’ve settled and built my confidence, my new family could consider slowly introducing me to the big outdoors if I show an interest.
