“It’s been a perfect experience. From the initial contact to the adoption day all the staff were wonderful, organised, informed and very willing to answer questions. There was no pressure at any time. It has really felt like Maggie was there waiting for us, she has fitted and settled in so well and we are now a family unit of 3.
