Volunteer With RAIN
At Rain Rescue, our work saving dogs and cats in desperate need wouldn’t be possible without our incredible volunteers. From caring for animals on-site to helping at events or supporting behind the scenes, there’s a role for everyone. If you’ve got time, skills, and a big heart – we’d love to hear from you.
Cattery Volunteer
Our cattery team is always looking for helping hands. As a volunteer, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our cats happy and healthy – from feeding and cleaning, to giving them enrichment, playtime, and much-needed affection. You’ll be part of their journey from rescue to finding a loving new home.
Kennel Volunteer
Love dogs? Our kennel team needs caring and committed volunteers to help with the daily routines that keep our dogs safe and happy. From cleaning kennels and preparing meals, to walks, training, and gentle socialisation, you’ll give dogs the stability and kindness they need while they wait for their forever home.
Fundraising Volunteers
Our fundraising and events team is always looking for friendly faces to represent Rain Rescue in the community. Whether you’re helping on a stall, chatting to supporters, or raising vital funds, your time and energy will directly help more dogs and cats find the second chance they deserve.
Reception Volunteers
Our reception and admin team are always looking for organised, friendly volunteers. By answering calls and emails, greeting visitors, and keeping records up to date, you’ll help our staff focus on what matters most – caring for dogs and cats in need.
