Hi there… we’re Jessie and Jay 💕
We’re a pair of 7-year-old Chihuahua x Jack Russell sisters, and we’re looking for a home where we can stay together forever. We may be a little older, but don’t let that fool you—we’ve still got plenty of sparkle, zoomies, and love to give!
I’m Jay, the confident one! I’m the dog on the left in the first photo—the one who’ll probably be the first to say hello, tail wagging like crazy, ready to shower you with kisses. I love people, I love attention, and I really love cuddles. If you sit down, don’t be surprised if I’m in your lap before you’ve even got comfy.
And I’m Jessie… I’m the one on the right in the first photo. I’m a little more shy at first. New people can make me a bit nervous, so I might hang back and take a moment to figure you out. But please don’t worry—give me a little time and patience, and I promise I’ll show you just how sweet I really am. Once I trust you, I’ll be right by your side for cuddles and gentle affection.
We both still enjoy a good play! Toys are fun, and we love having a little wrestle together—it’s kind of our thing. We’re best friends, after all. 💞
We are a bonded pair, which means we really need to stay together—we’ve spent our whole lives side by side and feel happiest when we’re with each other. Because of this, we’re looking for a home where we can be the only pets. The carers at the rescue haven’t had the chance to introduce us to other dogs yet, so they’re not sure how we’d feel about sharing our space. We think we’d do best soaking up all the love just for us!
As for cats… well, we find them a little too exciting! Because of that, our carers think it would be best for us to live in a home without any feline friends.
We think we’d suit a lovely family environment because we’re such sweet girls, but a quieter home would be ideal for us—especially for me, Jessie—as we can sometimes feel a little nervous and would love a calm place where we can relax and feel safe.
What we’re really looking for is a loving home where we can feel secure, get lots of attention, and snuggle up close with our humans. We’ve got hearts full of gold and so much love to give… we just need someone to share it with.
